Sticking by her man, as he did for her during her nude photo debacle, Vanessa Hudgens shot down a report in Star magazine claiming that her co star beau Zac Efron doesn’t shower.
The 19-year-old High School Musical singer/actress recently told Newsweek: “He showers! He showers! Believe me, he does. Whoever came up with that is completely idiotic.”

“Every day?” the interviewer asked.
“Yes! Of course,” Vanessa replied. “That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard!”
Hudgens spoke to Newsweek from San Francisco, as part of HSM3 takes place at Stanford University, revealing: “I get accepted.”
But don’t expect HSM: The College Years. “Not for us,” the Disney starlet tells. “We’re pretty much done, I think.”
Hudgens – who is also planning a tour for her new album, Identified – said she hopes to “relax for a minute” after that. ”Be able to breathe, feel life, buy a house, kind of get situated,” she said of her post HSM plans.

Zac Efron Loses Shower Power

High School Musical hottie Zac Efron isn’t a fan of personal hygiene, according to Star.
“Zac isn’t a big fan of showering,” an HSM3 set insider says. “It’s so gross, because Zac loves to work out and plays basketball all the time — and then goes days without showering. When he gets lazy, he likes to clean himself with baby wipes!”
The 20-year-old heartthrob reportedly goes days without bathing.
